Our company has a film crusher specially developed for film crushing. The crusher can effectively crush the film and increase the output. The size of the powdered film is small, which is conducive to the subsequent cleaning; the high output can save labor and energy consumption; at the same time, it can be equipped with Waste film baler, squeeze dry granulation, drum screening system (can effectively screen out the sediment and stones in the film, and protect the rear pulverizer blade from damage)

Machine Features:

1. Suitable for all kinds of films and woven bags with a sediment content of up to 80%

2. The core part of the pretreatment module adopts wear-resistant design to ensure the system runs continuously for a long time

3. The pre-crushing and pre-washing system efficiently removes most of the impurities such as sediment, protects the subsequent equipment, and greatly improves the service life of the fine crushing and cleaning system

4. The fine crushing system is specially designed, and the size of the crushed film is uniform and easy to clean.

5. The high-speed centrifugal cleaning system applies corresponding blade hitting force to different materials at a more suitable rotation speed to achieve better cleaning effect

6. The film drying technology combining centrifugal dehydration, screw extrusion drying and high temperature hot air strictly controls the moisture content of the finished product within 5%, which is suitable for high-quality granulation requirements

7. After theoretical calculation and multiple actual measurements, the mechanical operation details of crushing, cleaning and drying are adjusted to avoid material loss due to excessive processing.
